Video conference of FACTI Panel

The FACTI Panel is going ahead, but with an amended timeline given the obstacles for travel and logistics at the moment. Several of the foreseen meetings are now being considered to be held as virtual meetings until the situation allows for meetings in person. This video conference will allow the Panel members to agree to a work plan
