At this virtual consultation with Member States, the Panel would like to inform Member States about the overall approach of the Panel and solicit comments and feedback on its initial ideas. The Panel would also like to hear further expectations and any specific proposals from Member States based on the progress of the Panel so far and in advance of the publication in September of the Panel’s interim report.
