As the FACTI Panel’s 4th meeting continues this week, the Panel is publishing the summaries of its four recently concluded regional consultations. The consultations – focused on Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Latin America and Caribbean – involved former heads of state, ministers, and other leaders from the public sector, private sector, and civil society. Videos of each meeting are available from the event page.
Overall dozens of participants gave their views, and hundreds of people attended the events. While all the participants thanked the Panel for its open approach and consultation with all stakeholders, the views expressed in the meetings on financial integrity issues varied. The Panel is now digesting the viewpoints and discussing its possible recommendations. The Panel will also be publishing the written inputs and comments received from all stakeholders.
